Supervision is defined as the interaction between a coach who regularly reports their coaching experiences to a supervisor, providing an opportunity for reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the purposes of personal development and in the interest of the coach and his clients.

Mentoring is defined as a professional support relationship aimed at highlighting the levels of coaching skills of the accompanied person (the coach) in order to help him progress on these said skills according to the level that the person wishes to reach.

The mentor will help the coach to become aware of his strengths and areas for improvement.

We offer several programs to progress as a coach: individual practices and practices in small groups of up to 5.
